About the role

Kurtis Property, South Woodford, is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Junior Estate Agent Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone confident, with strong communication skills, ambitious, and eager to build a career in the property industry. The apprenticeship involves providing comprehensive office support, including assisting with property viewings, communicating with clients, creating property listings with descriptions and photographs, conducting market research, learning negotiation techniques, and supporting administrative tasks. You will also be involved in client relationship management to ensure positive experiences and encourage repeat business. The apprenticeship standard is for a Junior Estate Agent Level 2, with a duration of 13 months. Functional skills in maths, English, and ICT will be provided if required. This role offers 13 months of valuable office-based training and experience. Upon successful completion, a full-time position may be available for the right candidate.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English grade 4, GCSE Maths grade 4. Desired skills include customer care, presentation, administrative skills, teamwork, patience, confidence, and office experience. A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
