About the role

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a driven, self-motivated, and friendly Apprentice Aftersales Advisor to join their team in Stafford. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing vehicle service bookings, liaising with customers and service technicians, estimating repair costs, and handling customer complaints. The apprentice will be responsible for tracking vehicles through the workshop, providing timely updates, ensuring courtesy and integrity in all interactions, and advising customers on completion times. Duties include communicating effectively via various channels, professionally selling products and services, processing invoices and payments, and working collaboratively to achieve departmental objectives. The role also involves using dealer and manufacturer systems for data capture and adhering to new digital processes. The apprentice will be encouraged to propose and sell additional work identified during Vehicle Health Checks and promote Service Plans to retain customers. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 4 or above.
