Join B&Q as a Customer Advisor and become an expert in home improvement, inspiring and guiding customers. You'll focus on providing excellent customer service, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks appealing. Training opportunities include paint-mixing and timber cutting, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities involve actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering solutions, collaborating with colleagues, resolving customer issues positively, encouraging feedback, maximizing sales through available tools, understanding store processes, and operating safely and compliantly.
