About the role
Become an expert advisor and guide for customers at B&Q, assisting them with their home improvement projects. This role involves not only sales but also stock management, display setup, and ensuring the store looks great. You will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, and work collaboratively with colleagues. The opportunity includes turning negative customer situations into positive outcomes, encouraging feedback for service improvement, and utilizing available tools to maximize sales. You will take personal responsibility for operating safely and legally, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
