Apprentice Customer Service & Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and well-organised Apprentice Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join our front-line team. This role bridges client relations, administration, and workshop coordination, ensuring an exceptional, seamless customer journey from initial consultation through to final sign-off.

Key responsibilities include serving as the professional first point of contact for client enquiries, supporting core administrative workflows, assisting with operational documentation for custom manufacturing, welcoming clients on-site, and collaborating with design, workshop, and fitting teams. The apprenticeship offers exposure to the commercial design and manufacturing sector, including technical cabinetry surveying, stock control, material management, and mentorship in CAD drawings. Essential criteria include eagerness to learn, confident communication, strong attention to detail, and digital literacy, with GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics required. Prior exposure to design principles or CAD programmes is desirable but not essential.
