About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join NATIONAL FLOORCOVERINGS LTD as an Apprentice Sales Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales office and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work for an established carpet manufacturing business with a significant annual turnover and a team of 150 employees. Your daily tasks will encompass order management, coordination of manufacturing and stock, logistics coordination, customer service, sales support, and contributing to team and process improvements. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic foundation in business operations and customer interaction within the flooring industry.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, and team working skills are essential. Initiative and creativity are also valued.
