About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join Ladybird Nurseries London Limited as a Level 5 Early Years Lead Apprentice. This role involves creating meaningful relationships with children, team members, and parents to provide an exceptional service. You will be responsible for ensuring every child's wellbeing by maintaining a safe and thriving environment, and upholding safeguarding standards. The apprenticeship includes observing, monitoring, and supporting the delivery of activities linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assessing and recording children's progress, and meeting individual needs, including those with disabilities or specific medical histories. You will also learn and maintain high nursery standards and support with food service, accommodating dietary requirements. This is an excellent chance to gain a qualification while gaining practical experience in early years care.

Entry requirements

• Desired: GCSE English Language Grade 4, GCSE Maths Grade 4. Essential: A Level / Level 3 Early Years Educator - Pass. Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, creativity, and patience are also required.
