Early Years Specialist Apprenticeship

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Ladybird Nurseries London Limited as an Early Years Specialist Apprentice. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, supporting children aged 0-5 in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. This 14-month apprenticeship will involve creating stimulating activities, supporting children's self-care needs, and communicating effectively with team members and parents. Essential requirements include GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2. Key skills such as communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving are highly valued. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for career progression, including becoming a Level 3 practitioner, room leader, or pursuing management training. You will attend online training one day a week for the first 8 weeks, requiring a laptop or PC, and the rest of the time will be spent gaining practical experience within the nursery.
