About the role
This is a fully funded 12-month Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) programme designed for graduates of any subject, leading to Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). As an EYITT Trainee, you will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing by planning and delivering engaging activities, observing and assessing their progress, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will promote inclusive practice, ensure safeguarding, and reflect on your professional development. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, no tuition fees, and an excellent pathway into Early Years teaching, shaping young children's futures.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language, Maths, and Science (Grade 4) and a Bachelor's Degree (2:2 or above) in any subject. Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, creativity, and patience are essential.
