About the role
Inspire to progress within your Early Years Career. We are looking for an ambitious early years educator who wants to develop and progress into a management role. This full-time position as a senior practitioner offers progression into management. To apply, you must have a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification.
Duties include leading a team to create inspiring activities for children, supporting daily needs, leading training within the setting to enhance learning through play, and leading by example to ensure a positive working environment. You will gain new knowledge, skills, and behaviors throughout your apprenticeship to become a qualified lead practitioner.
