About the role
This IT Support Apprentice role is with B D R VOICE & DATA SOLUTIONS LTD in Stratford Upon Avon. The apprentice will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and escalating technical issues. Key duties include handling incoming incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems, logging and prioritizing issues, providing basic technical support for IT systems, hardware, network, and telephony services, and troubleshooting using knowledge bases. The role also involves communicating effectively with customers, maintaining documentation, and supporting general IT tasks. The apprenticeship is for 1 Year and 5 Months, with a salary of £18,000 per year. The training is provided by QA LIMITED and involves a blend of live and online workshops with self-paced learning and personalized coaching from a Digital Learning Consultant. Entry requirements
- GCSEs in any subject with a grade 4+ (A-C) and GCSE Maths and English with a grade 3+ (D or above). Strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
