About the role
Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Technology Support Apprentice to join their Digital, Data and Technology team. This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship delivered by LDN. The role involves providing support to internal staff, setting up IT equipment, resolving customer requests, and contributing to project work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach. Upon completion, career progression into higher-level IT support roles is anticipated.
