About the role
CHS Networks is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Sevenoaks. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to build a career in IT while gaining practical experience and working towards a Level 3 Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for the service desk, logging and resolving IT incidents accurately and efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves diagnosing and resolving desktop support issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and managing customer expectations through proactive communication. This is a full-time position with a structured training program including on-the-job learning and personalized coaching from a Digital Learning Consultant. Upon successful completion of the 16-month apprenticeship, there is potential for a permanent contract and further career growth within the company.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in any subject grade 4+ (A*-C) and GCSE Maths & English grade 3+ (D or above). Strong communication and IT skills are essential, along with teamwork abilities.
