About the role
CHS Networks is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards a Level 3 Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, logging and resolving incidents, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a basic IT understanding, a strong interest in technology, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Entry requirements include 3 GCSEs at grade 4+ and Maths/English at grade 3+. The apprenticeship is 37.5 hours per week and offers excellent career progression, additional training, and a supportive environment.
Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs at grade 4+ (A-C) in any subject; GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grade 3+ (D or above). Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
