About the role
Pembroke College, part of the University of Cambridge, is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join their IT team. This role offers hands-on experience in maintaining and developing the college's IT infrastructure, providing first-line support to students and staff. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, monitoring system performance, assisting with network maintenance, and supporting AV equipment. Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
