About the role
Embark on a career in IT with Cintra as an IT Support Apprentice in Glasgow. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing first-line technical support to employees globally. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues, escalate complex problems, and communicate with users through various channels. Responsibilities include configuring and deploying devices, maintaining IT asset records, managing user accounts and access, and updating IT support documentation. You will also gain exposure to cybersecurity incident response, compliance frameworks like ISO standards, and assist with IT projects and hardware rollouts. Cintra is an award-winning multi-cloud consultancy looking to expand its Digital Team. This apprenticeship leads to an SCQF Level 6 Qualification, with a potential for a full-time role upon completion. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. National 5 Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
