About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT 1st Line Support apprentice to join our team in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Responsibilities include providing first-line support to clients, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, setting up new user accounts, and testing new technology.
