About the role
Iconology Ltd is seeking an eager and enthusiastic IT Cloud Support Apprentice to join their technical team in Hythe. This role offers hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms, business systems, networks, and end users, with the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include providing first-line IT support, assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to cloud and infrastructure projects. Desirable skills include a strong interest in IT and cloud technologies, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
