About the role
Inspire ATA is seeking an IT Cloud Support Apprentice to join their team, placed with True Compliance, a cloud-based building compliance management platform. The apprentice will act as the first point of contact for customer support, managing inquiries via ticketing systems and live chat. Responsibilities include logging and assigning tickets, troubleshooting user issues, monitoring ticket progress, and ensuring customer queries are resolved within service level agreements. The role involves guiding customers on platform usage, creating knowledge base articles, and contributing to customer experience improvement. The apprentice will learn about cloud-based software operations, develop technical support and customer service skills, and build working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
