About the role
Inspire ATA is offering an exciting IT Cloud Support Apprentice opportunity at Dereham Neatherd High School. This role involves supporting IT systems within an educational environment, ensuring consistent network access, maintaining cybersecurity standards, and assisting staff and students with IT queries. Responsibilities include first-line IT support, hardware and software maintenance, network security monitoring, user account management, and technical assistance for AV equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine interest in IT systems. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential. Entry requirements include 3 GCSEs (or equivalent).
