About the role
Dow Group, a family-run waste management company in Cumbernauld, is seeking a confident and hardworking Digital Support Apprentice to join their business support team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company committed to tackling climate change and pioneering sustainable waste management practices in Scotland. The role involves providing first-response support to customers and clients for orders and diary bookings, becoming proficient in their bespoke skip hire system (Weighsoft), and assisting the finance function with sales invoice preparation. You will also use Microsoft Word for price quotes, Outlook for communication, and online shared drives to coordinate with operational teams. Daily use of Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel, will be required for updating pricing information. This apprenticeship offers a chance to gain valuable work experience and a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
