About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Apprentice to join our ICT team at our Head Office in Tamworth. This full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. You will support colleagues across our care services and offices, developing technical and customer service skills. Duties include first-line IT support, device setup, equipment maintenance, Microsoft 365 administration, and assisting with ICT projects. You will configure and deploy IT equipment, manage user accounts, support Microsoft 365 applications, and help maintain IT hardware and software. Occasional travel to offices and care services across England and Wales may be required, making a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle advantageous. This role involves manual handling when setting up, moving, and installing IT equipment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or willingness to achieve these)
