About the role
This Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join an employer of choice. You will develop your IT and computer knowledge by building quality bespoke computer servers, basic hardware system components, networks, and devices. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware, building and testing servers compliant with UK standards, developing technical IT skills for remote access and system administration, and diagnosing client requirements. You will also comply with company ISO procedures, stock procedures, and legislation, maintain documentation, and operate securely. The role requires a focus on tidiness, efficiency, and understanding engineer processes, all while complying with UK quality control standards. Career progression includes potential permanent employment upon successful completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (grades 9-4) and strong IT skills, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
