About the role
Superior Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, logging and managing support tickets, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The apprentice will also be responsible for setting up IT equipment, assisting with user account administration and IT security, and supporting network infrastructure. The apprenticeship offers a clear career path with opportunities for further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification, equipping the apprentice with essential hard and soft skills for a successful IT support career.

- GCSE English grade 5, GCSE Maths grade 4. Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills.
