About the role
The White Horse Federation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop practical technical skills in IT support while contributing to the learning and working environment across their schools. Duties include providing first-line IT support to staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with device setup and maintenance, managing user accounts, maintaining IT asset records, and supporting software installations and system maintenance. The role also involves assisting the IT team with ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to Trust policies and data protection requirements. This apprenticeship will equip you with the necessary skills for a career in IT support, with potential for further training and progression to a Level 4 qualification.
