About the role
Smiles Nurseries are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Apprentice Early Years Educators. This role involves ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children are always met. The apprenticeship will lead to a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. Successful candidates will be involved in stimulating and extending children's learning, demonstrating sensitivity, assisting with new child admissions, maintaining records, and promoting health and safety practices. The position requires good communication, IT skills, attention to detail, organization, and a patient, non-judgemental approach.
