Early Years Educator apprenticeship

About the role

An exciting opportunity to become an Early Years Educator apprentice with NEXTSTEP TRAINING LIMITED in London. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and expert training. You will work at a nursery, assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities for children, promoting learning through play in line with the EYFS framework. Key duties include creating a safe and stimulating environment, observing and monitoring children's progress, maintaining confidentiality, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with initiative, creativity, and patience. Upon completion, you will be a fully qualified practitioner with potential progression to Senior Practitioner, Deputy Nursery Manager, or Nursery Manager roles. Advanced qualifications like Level 4 Early Years Advanced Practitioner and Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner are also available.
