About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Early Years Educator at Level 3 with Best Practice Network Limited. You will gain hands-on experience supporting children's development and learning in a Montessori-inspired nursery environment. Responsibilities include assisting children with their daily routines, observing and supporting their individual progress, and contributing to a stimulating learning environment. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and receive online training from Best Practice Network. This role requires strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and team working skills, along with patience and initiative. Upon completion, there is potential for progression to full-time employment or a Level 5 qualification.
