About the role
This apprenticeship at Little Nippers Childcare Ltd offers a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. The successful apprentice will be responsible for supervising children's playtime, engaging them in learning and play activities, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires trustworthiness, attentiveness to children's needs, and a willingness to learn. You will be supported by qualified staff, learning company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols. Responsibilities also include maintaining tidy and clean nursery areas. They provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5, with a refurbished nursery, outdoor play areas, and a sensory room. They are Ofsted registered and encourage Makaton signing. Previous apprentices have successfully progressed to higher-level apprenticeships.
