About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for aspiring individuals to join MEDUA BILINGUAL NURSERY as an Early Years Educator. The role involves providing care, play, and learning activities for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating effectively with parents and carers. You will also be responsible for observing and assessing children's development, maintaining records, attending courses to enhance your skills, and collaborating with colleagues. This is a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, equivalent to an NVQ Level 3, with potential progression to Level 5 and Early Years Teacher Status. The apprenticeship combines online learning, virtual classrooms, one-to-one tutor support, and workplace observations, with dedicated training time provided within working hours. No college attendance is required, and you will earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognized qualification.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency in the UK / EU.
