About the role
This apprenticeship offers a pathway to becoming a highly skilled Early Years Lead Practitioner. You will work directly with children, taking an operational lead for their care, learning, and development. Key duties include ensuring children's safety and well-being, supporting their learning through play, leading daily routines, promoting diversity and equality, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies. You will also engage in professional enquiry to enhance the setting's pedagogical approach and support other practitioners in their development. A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification is required for entry.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent. Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification required. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years of residency in the UK/EU. Visa requirements must be met if applicable.
