About the role

This Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a playworker qualification while accumulating valuable hands-on experience. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, play, and learning activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Key duties include creating a safe and inclusive environment, communicating effectively with parents, observing and assessing children's development, maintaining records, and collaborating with colleagues. The apprenticeship includes online learning, virtual classrooms, and one-to-one tutor support, with no college attendance required. Upon successful completion, you could progress to a Level 5 apprenticeship or further training towards Early Years Teacher Status.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency in the UK/EU.
