About the role
SRM ASSOCIATES LIMITED is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join their team in Edenbridge. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, providing hands-on experience with children aged 0-5 years. The role involves supporting the EYFS curriculum, planning and delivering engaging activities, observing children's development, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The apprentice will also assist with personal care routines and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about childcare to develop their skills in a supportive nursery environment.

- Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Creative. Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
