About the role
The role of a Nursery Apprentice involves working with the management team to provide a high level of professional care and educational enrichment to children aged 0-5 years. Duties include supporting educators, working towards an early years qualification, assisting with children's daily needs (feeding, nappy changing, toileting), planning age-appropriate play, ensuring safeguarding, observing and recording development, creating an enabling environment, building positive relationships with parents, adhering to policies, maintaining health and safety, and attending training. The apprenticeship offers potential for further study, internal progression, and guaranteed full-time permanent employment upon completion.
