Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Em's Stars Limited as an Early Years Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities. You will assist with planning and preparing engaging activities, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's personal care and independence. The role involves observing children's progress, building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety policies. You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator standard and will gain a paediatric first aid qualification as part of your training. This apprenticeship provides a pathway to potential permanent employment and career progression within the Early Years sector.
