About the role

Join Em's Stars as an Early Years Apprentice and earn while you learn. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning and development, work alongside experienced practitioners, and achieve a nationally recognised qualification in a supportive and friendly setting. The role involves assisting with daily routines, planning and preparing engaging activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's personal care and development. You will also be responsible for observing children's progress, building positive relationships with families, and adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies. The apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Early Years Educator standard and includes paediatric first aid training. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and must have the right to work in the UK. This apprenticeship offers a pathway to a permanent Early Years Educator role and further career progression within the sector.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, with strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
