About the role
This Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship with MICHELLE COKER HOUNSLOW offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a childcare setting with children aged 0-5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, lasting 14 months. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Duties include creating a fun and safe environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, participating in indoor and outdoor activities, supporting children with self-care, and communicating effectively with team members and parents. You will also liaise with external customers and provide a high level of service. Upon successful completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Level 3 Practitioner, room leader positions, management training, or pursuing further education in primary education or paediatric nursing.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C or equivalent. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential, along with being creative, non-judgemental, and patient.
