Early Years Educator Apprentice

About the role

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to start a rewarding career in childcare? Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification!

As an apprentice, you will support children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting, engaging them in fun and educational activities. You will ensure a safe and stimulating environment, assist with daily routines like meals and nap times, observe and record children's progress, and work closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are patient, creative, have initiative, and are physically fit. You will work towards a Level 3 qualified Early Years educator status and have the opportunity for room leadership roles long term. The training involves remote learning with online tutor support and hands-on experience in a real work environment.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Grade 4/C and Maths Grade 4/C, IT skills, Logical thinking, Team working, Creativity, Initiative, Non-judgemental attitude, Patience, Physical fitness.
