About the role
Seeking a committed and enthusiastic Apprentice Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the EYFS provision at Nantwich Primary Academy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support young children's learning and development within a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will assist with the delivery of high-quality learning experiences, support children's development across all areas, observe progress, encourage positive behaviour, and work in partnership with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high standard of care and education. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience and leads to a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include attention to detail, communication, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, organisation, patience, and teamwork.
