About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Christleton High School as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will provide crucial support to students, assisting them in their academic learning and helping to develop their social and emotional skills. Your duties will include assisting teaching staff in delivering learning activities, contributing to the planning and evaluation of these activities, and supervising students both in and out of the classroom. You will monitor student progress, communicate with parents and carers, and maintain student records. The role also involves preparing learning materials and ensuring the classroom environment is tidy. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for full-time employment. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 (A*-C) are desired. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be creative, non-judgmental, and patient.
