About the role
Join LITTLE NEST NURSERY LTD as a Childcare Apprentice and work towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years. This 14-month apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience caring for children aged 0-5 in a supportive and engaging environment. You will be responsible for creating fun and safe activities, adhering to EYFS requirements, assisting with children's self-care needs, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Successful completion may lead to developing into a Level 3 practitioner with potential for a full-time position, Room Leader roles, management training, or even a springboard into primary education or pediatric nursing.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2. Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness skills are essential.
