About the role

Join BUSINESSMOVERS.TECH LIMITED as an IT Support Apprentice and launch your IT career. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in first-line support, troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting with installations, and maintaining IT/AV systems. You will develop crucial skills in networking, Microsoft technologies, Teams Rooms, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance via phone, email, and remote support, logging and resolving IT issues, assisting with the setup and configuration of hardware and software, and supporting Audio Visual and Teams Room technologies. The role also involves gaining practical knowledge of networking infrastructure, installation processes, and basic maintenance and security procedures. Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (A*-C/9-4) and 3 other subjects at A*-C/9-4. Essential skills include strong communication, IT proficiency, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer care, and an interest in IT & technology.
