About the role
This is an entry-level apprenticeship role within our support team. You will learn how to provide friendly, reliable first-line IT support to customers while working towards your apprenticeship qualification. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to build practical skills.
Duties include acting as a first point of contact for customers, logging support requests, troubleshooting basic IT issues, assisting with hardware setup, supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows, assisting with routine checks, helping create and update technical documentation, liaising with third-party suppliers, and supporting larger projects. A genuine interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Full training will be provided.
