Duties include monitoring customer portfolios, responding to incidents, managing network and equipment failures, updating systems in real-time, acting as a point of contact for technical issues, managing day-to-day tasks to ensure service levels are met, proactively seeking changes that add value for the customer, identifying and raising issues, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English grade 3+ (D) and GCSE Maths grade 3+ (D) are essential. Desired GCSEs include any subject grade 4+ (A-C) multiple times. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, teamwork, initiative, and driving licence are also required.
