About the role

Concero Education is seeking an IT Technician Apprentice to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting education organizations by delivering technology services and solutions. The apprentice will be responsible for first-line technical problem-solving and network management, building strong relationships with school staff, and ensuring contractual compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer portfolios, responding to incidents, managing problems to resolution for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues, and acting as a point of contact for technical queries. Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
