As an IT Technician Apprentice, you will monitor customer portfolios and respond to incidents, manage problems to resolution for network or equipment failures (including software, hardware, and infrastructure), and ensure all systems and service calls are updated in real-time. You will act as a point of contact for technical issues with manufacturers, suppliers, ISPs, and external support organizations. Your role will involve managing day-to-day tasks to ensure service levels are achieved, proactively seeking out changes that add value for customers, and identifying and resolving issues. You will maintain professional working relationships with customers and colleagues, providing the best possible customer experience.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English grade 3+ (D or above), GCSE Maths grade 3+ (D or above). Desired: GCSE Any subject grade 4+ (A-C) x3. Strong communication, IT, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential, along with initiative and a driving licence.
