About the role
Ruislip Stars Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to study towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. This role involves working directly with children, planning and delivering activities, supporting school collections, adhering to safeguarding policies, observing and monitoring children's development, and assisting with outings and cooking activities. The apprentice will also attend parent review meetings, act as a key worker, undertake domestic duties, record accidents, and promote a healthy lifestyle. They will ensure the environment is safe and stimulating, maintain registers, and work collaboratively as part of a team. The position also includes participating in training, staff meetings, and out-of-hours events, as well as supporting student placements and liaising with parents and other professionals. There is potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
