About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our nursery team at Kiddywinks Nursery. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while working alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive childcare setting. You will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities, assist in providing high-quality care for children, and build positive relationships to support their emotional, social and educational development. Key responsibilities include encouraging independence through play-based learning, promoting children's wellbeing and safety, and adhering to all nursery policies. You will also support effective communication with parents and carers and work collaboratively as part of the nursery team. An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is expected, and flexibility to work across different rooms is required. Upon completion of this 12-month apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion.
