About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator at Little Village Nursery School in Forest Hill. This role offers a chance to develop your childcare career with Parenta Training, working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will support children aged 0-5 in their learning and development, plan and deliver engaging activities, and contribute to their personal, social, and emotional growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of children, adhering to safeguarding procedures, and working collaboratively with colleagues and families. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with children. Successful apprentices may have the opportunity to progress into senior Early Years roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Pass), Desired: GCSE in Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, numeracy, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
