About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an AI Support & Productivity Technician at OPENDA LTD. You will provide essential digital application support to customers, investigate and resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing, creating, and implementing new features within the QX system, monitoring error logs, and carrying out thorough testing of development changes. You will also be involved in customer and user support, communicating technical information clearly and assisting users in effectively utilizing the QX ERP system. Furthermore, you will gain experience in analyzing support data, understanding database structures, and adhering to information security and data protection policies. This role is ideal for individuals with strong IT and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow within the technology sector.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, non-judgemental, and patience skills are essential.
